Famous for its vibrant markets, Mongkok is a neighborhood for all travelers seeking authentic local experiences. With the use of floor-to-ceiling high definition LED video walls, Mongkok street market stalls and the well-known tourist attractions are fully recreated at the hotel, such as the Flower Market, Fruit Market and Goldfish corner, tea restaurant Cha Chaan Teng, Egg waffle trolley and herbal tea shop. Guests may also enjoy a range of local flavors by sampling Hong Kong’s signature egg tarts, egg waffles, tea leaf eggs, fresh fruit, Hong Kong style milk tea, lemon water and more.

Red Panda Fun
During this picnic themed coffee break, a spread of varied delights is set on an emerald artificial grass table, with an ice-pop trolley serving homemade popsicles. Guests are momentarily transported to a breezy afternoon in the park. The hotel’s children mascot Cody, a character based on the endangered red panda, will also be appearing to take pictures with guests.

Hong Kong Geopark
The Geopark themed break brings the guests to appreciate the spectacular natural scenery of Hong Kong with a backdrop replicating Hong Kong’s signature rock formations and enjoy delicacies using only sustainably sourced seafood to support the conservation of environment.

The Chinese Five Elements
Traditional Chinese Medicine-inspired Chuan Spa themed break offers guests a sense of wellness and serenity in the midst of bustling Mongkok. Nourishing dim sum delicacies and freshly brewed Chinese tea will be served while contemplating the flowing water movement (Chuan) on LED screens to restore inner balance, tranquility and strength. Chuan Spa therapists will help guests to relax and recharge with a 5 to 10 minute massage session.

Season’s Greetings
Inspired by the beauty of nature, the Four Seasons themed break provides very different flavors and presentation with each season’s own charm and elegance. As an example, Spring is the season of transformation and fresh beginnings. Spring refreshment station serves milk poached black cod, sweet pea and mint emulsion, citron tea gel and strawberry, champagne and rhubarb trifle with elderflower custard.

 Wellness in the City
For guests looking after their personal wellbeing, this healthy break offers an array of well-balanced food such as seasonal fresh fruits, fruit juices freshly squeezed in the juice bar or smoothies, premium nuts or wellness teas.  Nostalgic Hong Kong candies are also prepared for guests with a sweet tooth.
