From 1 to 30 August, chefs at PARKROYAL Kuala Lumpur will be treating diners with choices of crab dishes at Chatz Brasserie. Available during the Seafood Buffet Dinner on Friday and Saturday, these crustaceans will be served alongside local and international seafood delicacies such as a variety of grilled fish, prawn dishes, cockles, clams and oysters.
At the Hot counter, star dishes such as Kam Heong Crab, Butter Meat Crab, Wok-fried Meat Crab with Salted Egg, Wok-fried Chilli Meat Crab, Steamed Crab with Egg White and Blue Flower Crab Masak Lemak Nenas will enhance your appetite for more options. Dishes from the Chinese counter include Fried Yee Mee with Crabmeat Gravy and Baby Kale and Steamed Mud Crab with Superior Soy Sauce. The Western counter offers dishes such as Baked Crab Pudding and Crab Aglio Olio. The Baked Crab Pudding is a must try as it is a well-baked combination of crabmeat, egg, cream, onion, garlic and spices. The fresh Baked Salmon Coulibiac at the Carvery station is served with Crabmeat Cream Sauce.

From the Seafood on Ice counter, choose from choices such as Mud Crab, Blue Ocean Crab and Sri Lankan Crab to go along with cocktail, tabasco sauces and wasabi mayonnaise. Moving on to the Japanese selection, enjoy Soba or Udon Noodles with crabmeat, maguro, seaweed and spinach. Creatively prepared Caribbean Crab Salad, Crabmeat and Mango Salad and juicy Kerabu Isi Ketam are also available as you walk along the Salad counter.
Soup lovers can scoop up the simmering Crabmeat Soup accompanied with assorted breads and rolls. At the Noodles station, the Prawn and Crabmeat Noodles and Tomyam Crab Noodles Soup are available with choices of Shanghai noodles, yellow noodles, rice vermicelli and kway teow. Dim Sum enthusiasts can also look out for the Crabstick Seaweed Roll.
Chatz Brasserie is introducing a new addition at the Roti Canai stall which is the Onion Crabmeat Murtabak. Fancy a Crabmeat Omelette? Our Chef suggests that you have this on your plate as well. A combination of egg, crabmeat, spices, garlic, coriander leaves, sweet potato flour and sauce, let the Chef prepare one for you while you place your order for a Grilled Crab at the Grill station. The Deep-fried Soft Shell Crab is also available to complete your gastronomical crab experience.
Looking for something to quench your thirst during dinner? Head to their Juice Bar where you get to enjoy unlimited refills of freshly squeezed fruit and vegetable juice. With over 12 choices to choose from a variety of combinations, customise juices to go along with your seafood.
Seafood Buffet Dinner: 10 Crab Flavours is available from 6:30pm to 10:30pm, priced at RM115 nett per adult and RM57.50 nett per child.
